Live Plant Policy

Live Arrival Guarantee applies with USPS Ground Advantage under normal temperatures.
If temperatures are above 90°F or below 55°F, LAG is only valid when shipped with USPS Priority Mail or faster.

Live Animal Policy (Excluding Fish & Sensitive Species)

LAG applies with USPS Priority Mail or faster.
If temperatures are above 90°F or below 50°F, LAG is only valid with 2nd Day Air or faster.

Live Sensitive Animal Policy

(Praying Mantises, Jumping Spiders, Stickbugs)

• Standard: LAG with USPS Priority Mail
• Above 85°F or below 55°F: LAG only with 2nd Day Air or faster
• Above 90°F or below 50°F: LAG only with Next Day Air

Fish Shipping Policy

LAG applies with 3‑day shipping as long as temperatures do not exceed 95°F.
If temperatures are above 95°F or below 35°F, fish will only be shipped using UPS Next Day Air.

Conditions to Qualify for DOA Refund

• Report Within 2 Hours: Notify us within 2 hours of delivery.

• Provide Clear Evidence: Submit a photo of the unopened bag and a photo of the item on the box lid for easy counting.
